Quick tips Dream Girl Hair Extensions

We have all been there. You’re busy at your desk trying to catch up on all the deadlines for Christmas. The office party starts in twenty minutes and you’re not ready.

You could be shopping for presents all day. The shops are so busy it takes you twice as long as usual to buy anything. You get home and you have to be ready for a festive bash in under half an hour.

How do you get fabulously festive hair when you have no time to do it?

This time of year is particularly demanding on hair and hairstyles. But fear not, Dream Girl is here to make your lives a little easier. If you have a Christmas party this weekend or next week then remember this easy guide to turn yourself into a beauty in no time at all.

Style 1 The glossy bun

Time to style = 5 minutes

Glamour score = 8/10

What you’ll need:

A brush

A hair bobble

A Dream Girl Amore Pony collection (Choose your own colour)

Grips

Hairspray

Firstly, brush your own hair and tie back in a bun at the crown of your head. Make sure it is smooth using hair spray to capture any loose ends. The, fit the Pony extension over your own bun. It should secure with a clip or bobble. Make sure all of the bun is covered and then divide the Pony into sections. Taking care to make sure there are no bumps wind the sections around the fitting and pin each one down with grips. Continue with each section until there are no loose ends. You should have a fairly impressive bun sitting on the crown of you head. Secure any sections to ensure the bun stays in place and spray with hairspray to finish.

Style 2 The messy side bun

Time to Style = 10 mins

Trendy score = 9/10

What you’ll need:

A brush

Dry Shampoo – if you have a fringe

A hair bobble

Dream Girl Clip N’ Go Hair Extensions

Grips

Hairspray

This style has been a hit on the red carpets and it is easier than you would think to recreate. Slightly more romantic and a little more casual than the glamorous style above but still great matched with smoky eyes and a LBD. Brush your own hair, using dry shampoo if you need to freshen up the roots. Choose which side you want the bun. It should be the opposite side of your parting. Fit the Clip N’Go extensions to add length and volume. You may not need to do the full scalp. You need extra volume at the crown and to frame the face with longer locks so you may just need the four strip at the crown and a few single on either side. Arrange hair with a side swept parting. Gather your locks into a messy bun on the opposite side just behind your ear and secure with a bobble. Clip into place with grips. Arrange loose strands of hair on the other side of your head and twirls ends around your fingers to create shape. Secure with hairspray.

Style 3 The Pony Tail

Time to Style = 3 minutes

Funky score = 10/10

What you’ll need

A brush

A hair bobble

A Dream Girl Amore Pony collection (Choose your own colour)

Grips

Hairspray

Easy peasy this is a great look that makes you appear you’ve spent hours on your locks. Brush hair and tie back in a high pony tail on the crown of your head. Secure any loose strands with hairspray. Fit the Dream Girl Pony over your natural hair. Arrange the ends and smooth at the crown for a more natural look. Ensure the clip underneath is covered and your own hair masked. A final spritz of hairspray and you’re ready for the road.
